It doesn't matter where you are in the world, we have you install an accounting package on your laptop and phone, so you have access to the accounts at all times, when you purchase on account or purchase from your own personal bank account, you simply open the app on your phone take a picture of the bill and it automatically loads into the accounting package ready for us to process. You have access to invoice your clients directly off the accounting package, we also set up an automatic bank feed, so the banking transactions updates daily in the accounting software and we process it.
If you want to do a face to face meeting, we set up a Google meet, it's really like sitting across a table and chatting.
We don't ask for any payment upfront, you get billed at the end of the month, there are no contracts, you can leave anytime.
We don't believe in charging per hour, we basically look at the average amount of transactions monthly and bill accordingly.
